Responsibilities
Perform retrieving, delivering, and maintaining of patient images
Perform complex clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of images, documents and information
Set up and maintain office equipment
Compile regular reports using established formats and procedures
Perform reception duties such as answering the phone, as required
Perform PACS and CPACS functions to include: importing and exporting of exams, quality assurance, assistance for Radiologists and other hospital staff, and perform other office duties when needed
Perform job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General
Qualification
Required
Under supervision of Section Manager or Team Leader and according to established procedures performs retrieving, delivering, and maintaining of patient images
Performs complex clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of images, documents and information
Sets up and maintains office equipment
Compiles regular reports using established formats and procedures
Performs reception duties such as answering the phone, as required
Performs PACS and CPACS functions to include: importing and exporting of exams, quality assurance, assistance for Radiologists and other hospital staff, and performs other office duties when needed
Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General
Level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of high school
Basic to moderate computer skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and general public
Ability to follow procedures and instructions in completing work duties
Proof of customer relations training or experience
