Responsibilities
Analyze cryptocurrency, DeFi, and digital asset investment opportunities across multiple market segments
Support portfolio construction, capital allocation, and strategic positioning of digital assets
Develop investment theses, market insights, and strategic recommendations
Monitor market trends, risk factors, and performance drivers in fast-moving crypto markets
Collaborate with research, advisory, and leadership teams on digital asset initiatives
Contribute to shaping the long-term digital assets strategy of the firm
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in crypto investments, digital assets, DeFi, or related financial roles
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, DeFi ecosystems, token economics, and market cycles
Experience supporting or influencing investment decisions using data-driven analysis
Ability to think strategically while operating hands-on in dynamic market conditions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with international teams
