The role focuses on ensuring secure and seamless identity experiences across consumer-facing applications while managing production systems and incident resolution.

Responsibilities
Support and manage consumer identity lifecycle processes, including user registration, authentication, account recovery, and access management
Execute and support IAM strategy for consumer-facing applications, ensuring secure and seamless user experiences
Provide technical leadership and expertise during IAM-related incidents, investigations, and resolution activities
Serve as a frontline responder for production incidents across enterprise-wide consumer IAM solutions, ensuring timely remediation in accordance with SLAs
Maintain support for IAM production systems to meet uptime and availability SLAs
Coordinate with IAM teams to deliver identity solutions into UAT and Production environments
Enhance and expand self-service capabilities to improve user autonomy and customer satisfaction
Integrate CIAM solutions with systems of record, downstream applications, and business intelligence tools
Manage identity federation across multiple platforms and applications to ensure consistent and frictionless login experiences
Collaborate with service recipients, stakeholders, and Enterprise Architecture to assess and manage security, operational, and architectural impacts
Participate in and lead complex problem analysis, root cause identification, and solution design
Identify and prioritize emerging risks and issues to minimize business impact
Maintain strong working knowledge of IAM technologies, tools, and industry best practices
Act as a subject matter expert as new IAM technologies and capabilities are introduced
Qualification
Required
Experience with Okta platforms
Strong knowledge of consumer identity and access management (IAM) solutions
Ability to support and manage consumer identity lifecycle processes, including user registration, authentication, account recovery, and access management
Experience executing and supporting IAM strategy for consumer-facing applications
Technical leadership and expertise during IAM-related incidents, investigations, and resolution activities
Ability to serve as a frontline responder for production incidents across enterprise-wide consumer IAM solutions
Experience maintaining support for IAM production systems to meet uptime and availability SLAs
Ability to coordinate with IAM teams to deliver identity solutions into UAT and Production environments
Experience enhancing and expanding self-service capabilities to improve user autonomy and customer satisfaction
Ability to integrate CIAM solutions with systems of record, downstream applications, and business intelligence tools
Experience managing identity federation across multiple platforms and applications
Ability to collaborate with service recipients, stakeholders, and Enterprise Architecture to assess and manage security, operational, and architectural impacts
Experience participating in and leading complex problem analysis, root cause identification, and solution design
