They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization, focusing on strategic leadership, operational performance, and financial sustainability across multiple states and service lines.

Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership and set strategic direction aligned with mission, values, and long-term growth objectives

Oversee multi-state operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency across service lines

Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, payer strategy, and sustainable growth

Lead and develop a high-performing executive leadership team

Build strong relationships with state agencies, regulators, payers, boards, and community partners

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation requirements

Champion quality outcomes, person-centered services, and continuous improvement

Represent the organization externally as a trusted leader and advocate in the human services sector

Required

Proven CEO, President, or senior executive leadership experience in developmental disabilities, behavioral health, children's services, or related healthcare/human services sectors

Strong understanding of Medicaid, managed care, and public-sector funding models

Track record of scaling operations, improving performance, and managing complex regulatory environments

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor's degree required
