Responsible for origination, client management, execution and implementation of executive search strategies throughout their respective industries
Provide high-level strategic advisory across specific industries, companies and areas related to a search
Highly developed conceptual skills, able to synthesize information quickly, understands various industries and functions, and able to present material in an organized and clear manner
Responsible for keeping the database up to date and accurate
Delivers a first-rate candidate and client experience for every search
Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines
Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
Resourceful and able to think independently and "outside the box" to find solutions
Professional level written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail is essential
General business and financial acumen

Qualification
Required
5 to 15 years' experience in an executive search, talent acquisition, talent management, or other environment with transferable skills
