Executive Assistant

They are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to the Chief Nurse Executive and Chief Strategic Operating Officer, ensuring the success of the Executive Team through effective management of schedules, correspondence, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars for the CNE and CSO, including scheduling meetings and travel. Anticipate needs and keep the executives one step ahead
Prepare agendas, coordinate materials and keep minutes/action items during meetings where the executive is in attendance
Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Serve as a liaison between the CNE/CSO and internal departments, external partners, and community stakeholders by building trusted relationships
Monthly credit card reconciliation and expenditure reimbursements
Support executive projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
Maintain organized and professional systems for files, contracts, and documentation

Required

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional supporting senior leadership, in a healthcare environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain professionalism under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to interact effectively with executives, clinicians, board members, and community leaders
High degree of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
Commitment to the mission and values of Snoqualmie Valley Health District and the communities it serves

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public / Health Administration, or related field preferred
Experience using AI tools for drafting, summarization, or workflow efficiency preferred
