Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance in designing and implementing highly complex, integrated frameworks, tech-stacks, systems, and platforms that align with and drive the organization's IT strategy and business objectives
Lead and oversee the entire process of developing application components and integrations, ensuring all solutions align with the business objectives, enterprise architecture, and performance goals
Develop and implement best practices and standards for processes and technical specifications related to hardware and software compatibility, system interfaces, and business application prototypes
Lead the effort to continuously research and analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, enterprise architects, and product managers to ensure the successful adoption of industry-leading design and architecture practices
Provide strategic direction on the development of architectural frameworks, patterns, and standards used across multiple products or systems
Provide technical expertise in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of next-generation technical initiatives, while also offering guidance as complex technology issues arise
Lead the technical evaluation of new solutions to ensure alignment with existing frameworks and standards defined across the organization
Champion and guide the extended team to adopt and implement leading-edge design and architect practices
Foster cross-functional collaboration among a diverse range of stakeholders across the business to ensure that product and solution design align with architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or in lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of experience in experience in IT
8 or more years of experience in IT or a solution architecture role
Proven experience in designing complex hardware and software solutions for large-scale IT systems
Expertise in collaborating, communication, and presenting with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business solutions
Extensive knowledge of modern architectural patterns, frameworks, and industry best practices
Expertise with cloud computing, data center operations, network design, and security best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to innovate and think creatively

Possesses Strong functional knowledge on Party and Product MDM (Master Data Management)
Experience in Cloud Application Development, Data Quality Monitoring and Data Quality Reporting related technology development and configuration (Data Quality as a Service, Data Quality API, DQ Dashboards etc)
Lead technology life-cycle projects including technology evaluation, selection, implementation, support and retirement/replacement, evaluate alternative architectures with respect to their feasibility as well as composition (people, hardware, software, facilities, policies, documents, risks and cost), and make recommendations and develop prototypes of system designs, working with Enterprise, Domain, Technical Architects and Delivery Teams, to prove viability where necessary
Create and maintain reference architectures, systems models, use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models to provide architectural expertise, direction, and guidance to IT delivery teams
