Responsibilities
Lead configuration testing and deployment of FICO modules tailored for insurance industry needs
Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for complex finance transactions and system issues
Prepare detailed documentation and training materials for end-users and stakeholders
Liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize finance operations
Mentor junior team members and facilitate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years in role
Airlines Industry experience
5 to 7 years of experience in FICO modules
Experience working extensively on SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Treasury
Ability to analyze and implement finance processes aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate finance solutions with other SAP modules and business functions
Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance system efficiency and reporting accuracy
Ability to ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies specific to the domain
Experience leading configuration testing and deployment of FICO modules tailored for insurance industry needs
Ability to provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for complex finance transactions and system issues
Experience preparing detailed documentation and training materials for end-users and stakeholders
Ability to liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
