VP Finance
CFS is an expanding nonprofit center experiencing significant recent growth, and they are seeking a VP Finance to oversee accounting, analysis, and reporting while providing business and operational strategy to senior leadership. The role includes preparing financial reports, managing budgets, overseeing cash flow, and supervising finance staff.

Responsibilities
Prepares the monthly finance package, manage general ledger accounts, support annual audit, tax preparation and financial planning/analysis
Prepare and manage the annual budget planning process
Oversee and monitor cash flow and contracts
Develop and implement business process improvement initiatives
Supervise the finance staff from a hands-on perspective
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in accounting
10+ years of total experience
3+ years of management experience
Preferred
master's degree
CPA
Nonprofit and healthcare experience
