Responsibilities
4–7+ years of experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Visio
4–7 years of hands‑on experience using Microsoft Project and enterprise PPM tools
4–7+ years of domain expertise in Title Insurance or Mortgage operations, combined with IT project delivery experience
Strong understanding of IT delivery methodologies, including RUP, ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall
Highly detail‑oriented, with strong organizational and planning capabilities
Demonstrated analytical strength, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams
Excellent professional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey project status, risks, issues, and activities to business owners and technical teams
Proven ability to self‑start, adapt quickly, and remain effective in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment
Strong problem‑solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset and openness to input from team members
Qualification
