Responsibilities

Own the development and maintenance of the enterprise process architecture, providing a single, authoritative view of how work flows across the business from end to end
Independently map and document cross-functional processes and workflows, producing enterprise process maps and SOPs used as the standard for execution
Translate complex, verbal explanations of work into clear, visual process maps and written SOPs that can be consistently executed by the organization
Engage functional leaders and subject-matter experts through structured conversations to surface how work is actually performed, including hidden work, informal handoffs, and execution gaps
Establish and maintain enterprise standards for process levels, naming conventions, documentation structure, and SOP format to ensure consistency, usability, and durability
Identify and prioritize process documentation based on business pain points, execution risk, operational strain, and value impact, explicitly avoiding low-value or purely theoretical documentation
Create and maintain the enterprise 'master process file' as the single source of truth for how the business operates
Clarify ownership, handoffs, and decision points across functions to reduce ambiguity and reliance on escalation
Support onboarding, training, and execution readiness by embedding process clarity into how roles are defined and how work is taught
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and eliminate unnecessary process complexity
Ensure process documentation remains current as the organization, systems, and operating model evolve
Support audit readiness, risk mitigation, and operational resilience by institutionalizing critical process knowledge
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
8-12+ years of experience in process engineering, operations excellence, enterprise operations, or similar roles within FMCG, CPG, manufacturing, or supply-chain intensive environments
Demonstrated experience building end-to-end, cross-functional process maps and SOPs that accurately reflect how work is actually performed
Exceptional ability to engage stakeholders, ask the right questions, and convert informal verbal workflows into clear, structured, and executable process documentation
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process work without direct authority gaining buy-in through clear problem framing, disciplined documentation, and practical execution focus
Strong enterprise-level thinking with the ability to see the full business picture rather than isolated functional processes
High attention to detail combined with strong systems thinking and sound organizational judgment
Comfort operating independently with minimal structure in a fast-growing organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, practical, and usable documentation
Demonstrated experience prioritizing process work based on business pain points, execution risk, operational strain, and value impact
