Senior Finance Analyst, Tax Technology

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving tax technology solutions (OneStream, Alteryx Workflows, Alteryx Server, Gateway Modules)
Responsible for Administration of SharePoint sites, OneSource Modules and other software tools used by Tax
Assist with the development and automation of tax workstreams to improve efficiency and accuracy
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT for various issues
Support process redesign efforts to source data from OneStream, S4, and Databricks, update existing workflows, assist with workflow setup in Alteryx Designer and Server
Support periodic user access reviews and termination validation processes
Support Privileged access reviews and approval matrix documentation
Process changes to user access and entity setup in OneSource Tax Provision and document changes and approvals in ServiceNow
Respond to audit inquiries related to SOX documentation and controls
Ensure documentation recorded in compliance with internal control standards
Work with finance, IT, and external advisors to resolve tax-related issues
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on tax technology tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2–4 years in tax compliance or tax technology; experience with ERP systems and tax software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax software preferred (e.g., OneStream, S4 Hana, ONESOURCE, Alteryx)
Familiarity with SOX controls and internal audit processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to learn new technology tools
Interest in process improvement and tax technology
Reliable, task-oriented and self-motivated
Strong communication skills

Preferred

Experience contributing to components of large projects
Experience working with colleagues from other business units and divisions
Experience coaching and providing technical supervision to junior team members
Experience creating and delivering presentations for business discussions/training and helping synthesize main findings
Demonstrated understanding of technical skills
