Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce is seeking an experienced individual to lead their Loan Servicing Department as a Vice President. The VP will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and maintenance of commercial, mortgage, and consumer loan servicing while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Management of day-to-day activities of commercial loan servicing, and indirect oversight of retail loan servicing, optimizing operational processes

Provide effective direct oversight of the servicing of commercial loans, including monitoring loan performance, managing payments, and ensuring accurate documentation

Supervise all aspects of servicing for all loans (portfolio and sold). Monitor key performance indicators to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement

Anticipate volume growth from new delivery channels and product implementation; ensure the success of system implementations and enhancements

Defines roles and responsibilities, motivates and challenges staff, delegates effectively, rewards contributions, manages collaboratively

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or related field

A minimum of ten years supervisory experience in Commercial Loan Servicing required

Demonstrated leadership ability required as evidenced by the ability to set a strategic vision for growth, solve problems, plan, organize and direct activities of others

Ability to act as an agent for change

Knowledge of state and federal banking regulations is key in this position
