Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, C++, Go, scripting languages, Git, and configuration management systems

Architectural Expertise: Experience in building scalable services, architectural design, data structures, algorithms, microservice architectures, and APIs

Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, deliver on bold deadlines, and drive closures, and the ability to prioritize and debug production issues

Strong systems programming skills including multi-threading, concurrency, caching, batching

Strong and proven record of working with multi-functional teams

Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts, designs and decisions

Hands-on experience with large scale production systems
