Responsibilities

Build trust and rapport with customers by understanding their unique needs and guiding them through the decision-making process

Help customers select the perfect luxury outdoor product, ensuring it meets their lifestyle and wellness goals

Follow up over time to ensure optimal conversion rates

Become an expert on Redwood Outdoors’ premium line of saunas, cold plunges, and other luxury outdoor products

Provide customers with detailed product knowledge and tailored recommendations

Handle a high volume of inbound sales calls, chats and emails, while maintaining a focus on customer experience and satisfaction

Consistently meet or exceed targets for revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction

Always put the customer first, acting as a brand ambassador for Redwood Outdoors by providing top-tier service, responding to inquiries, and offering thoughtful product recommendations

Own the customer relationship from initial contact through the completed sale, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchase experience

Work closely with warehouse and shipping partners to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries

Qualification

Consultative Sales ExperienceProduct KnowledgeCustomer Relationship ManagementCall Center ExperienceCommunication SkillsSoftware ProficiencyHigh School Diploma

Required

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative product sales environment and face-to-face retail sales, preferably in luxury, sporting or wellness products

1+ years of call center experience

GED or High School Diploma; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers

Proven written and verbal communication skills

Comfort with learning and using software applications required for the role

Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
