Financial Advisor Assistant
Thoroughbred Financial Services, LLC is an independent financial consulting firm based in Brentwood, Tennessee. They are seeking a Financial Advisor Assistant to support a team of registered representatives by onboarding new clients, providing ongoing service support, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
Onboarding new clients and providing ongoing service support throughout the account lifecycle, including asset transfers, compliance documentation, and securing required approvals
Serves as the primary point of contact for client account maintenance and support requests
Preparing and drafting client correspondence at the advisors’ direction; organizing and maintaining accurate records across physical files, electronic systems, and CRM platforms; and handling incoming calls by responding to routine inquiries or routing messages appropriately
Preparing client investment updates, presentations, paperwork, and other materials as requested by the advisors
Qualification
Required
The ideal candidate would hold a SIE/Series 7 or would be able to pass the exam within 6 months after hiring
The ideal candidate would hold a degree in finance, accounting or similar
Additionally, the candidate would have 3 years' experience in financial services sales support
Preferred
Applicants must have expertise in Microsoft Office, online programs including Redtail or another CRM and have the ability to learn new software quickly
The applicant will be an excellent communicator, work well in a fast paced environment, be meticulously organized, and have the ability to work individually and in a team environment
