Responsibilities

Ensure state-of-the-art facilities, including data centers and large-scale infrastructure, operate at peak performance from day one
Oversee daily commissioning activities with a high level of precision and accountability
Perform comprehensive pre-functional and functional testing to validate system performance and integrity
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes
Champion quality, reliability, and best practices to support client satisfaction and repeat business
Work in fast-paced, collaborative environments with complex mechanical and electrical systems
Apply a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and commitment to excellence

Ability to lead projects and independently manage a variety of tasks to best serve clients
Experience collaborating with marketing and business development teams to help secure new clients
Strong investigative and troubleshooting skills to identify issues and develop solutions
Construction experience
