The University of Alabama at Birmingham is seeking a Human Resources Partner Generalist Lead within their Human Resources Shared Services team. This role is responsible for providing strategic HR advisement and managing HR services for Clinical Departments, ensuring compliance with institutional policies while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Support Clinical Departments within the HR Shared Services Model
Provide strategic human resources advisement while fostering collaboration with HRSS and department leadership
Serve as the primary contact for HR-related matters in Clinical Departments
Manage employment, compensation, employee relations, international recruitment and retention, organizational planning, training and development, and onboarding
Navigate distinctly different cultures and business needs within HRSS
Partner closely with the Office of Human Resources and/or Dean's Office to ensure compliance with institutional policies and practices
Supervise or mentor lower-level HR staff

Bachelor's degree in a related field
