The role involves performing clerical and administrative duties, managing appointments, and maintaining the supervisor's itinerary while ensuring excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
Performs Clerical and Administrative duties
Making Appointments, maintain calendar and supervisor’s itinerary, makes travel and hotel arrangements as required
Must be able to take dictation in meetings. Prepares presentations, excel spreadsheets, etc
Receives and screens phone calls and visitors
Candidate will be required to have the following skills, typing up brief correspondence, answer phones, Manages front desk
Sorts and delivers mail
Order office supplies, stocks kitchen area
Must have excellent time management skills, strong written and communication skills
Must be highly proficient in MS Power point and excel, Outlook mail and Calendar
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must have excellent time management skills

Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 2 years experience working as an administrative assistant in a healthcare setting preferred
