Responsibilities
Lead Deal Execution : Oversee and manage all aspects of complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other investment banking transactions from initial pitch to closing
Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, institutional investors, and private equity firms to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions
Strategic Leadership : Set the vision and strategy for the investment banking team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends
Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market presence, and actively engage in client prospecting
Team Leadership and Development : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of bankers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
Market Insights and Advisory : Provide expert market analysis, financial modeling, and strategic advisory services to clients on corporate finance, capital structure, and investment opportunities
Thought Leadership : Represent the firm in industry conferences, media, and client-facing events to build Rodman & Renshaw’s brand as a leader in the investment banking space
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a proven track record in executing complex transactions and leading high-level client relationships
Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing client portfolios, and driving business development efforts in a competitive environment
Strong knowledge of capital markets, M&A, debt and equity financing, and financial modeling
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work under pressure
Experience working with clients in multiple sectors, including technology, healthcare, energy, and consumer goods
