Responsibilities

Strong academics

Prefer top of law school class

At least three years of litigation experience; commercial litigation or insurance defense

Appreciate candidates that know Texas litigation styles and technique

Helpful if the candidate has experience in oil and gas, personal injury, products liability and other personal injury tort work

Experience with contractual indemnity and insurance issues that come up in personal injury and property damage matters would also be helpful

Reports to all partners

Busy, file to trial experience
