Brand Partnerships Manager (TikTok Shop experience preferred)
Favored is a leading TikTok Shop agency known for its collaborative and innovative approach. The Brand Partnerships Manager will serve as a primary contact for clients, focusing on TikTok Shop initiatives and ensuring client satisfaction while driving growth and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and success across TikTok Shop initiatives
Lead and support TikTok Shop Live strategies, collaborating closely with internal partners
Partner with TikTok Shop teams to unlock growth, optimization, and scaling opportunities
Prepare and present data-backed performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations
Ensure best-in-class communication, timelines, and follow-through for all clients
Support new business opportunities and onboard new clients into Favored workflows
Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends in social and video commerce
Help shape workflows, processes, and strategies as we continue to rapidly expand
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant experience (TikTok Shop experience preferred - agency, brand, platform)
BA degree
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
Passion for TikTok Shop, live commerce, and creator-driven sales
Understand how to build and maintain strong, growth-driven client relationships
Have hands-on TikTok Shop experience (this is preferred)
Have TikTok Shop live shopping experience and/or are highly interested in TikTok Shop Live Shopping and understand or has strong instincts for what makes live commerce engaging, entertaining, educational and converting
Think in data but dream in content — comfortable analyzing performance while ideating creative opportunities
Are highly motivated, fast-learning, and excited to work on an agile, close-knit team
Are passionate about social, creator, and affiliate commerce
Are incredibly organized and thrive while juggling multiple clients and priorities
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, creators, and internal teams
Have an entrepreneurial mindset and stay tapped into emerging trends and opportunities
Can evaluate creator and brand potential through both performance metrics and creative brand fit
