Responsibilities
Support the effective development and implementation of the five-year roadmap
Support the effective development of the Retail Real Estate Capital Plan
Prepare insightful analyses to support delivery of significant business initiatives
Prepare presentation documents including presenting findings to all levels of management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years experience in PMO or Operations for a top tier national or international retailer/owner occupier, Property Investment or Management Company
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent planning, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Proven project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize multiple work streams, assess deliverables and timelines
Proven track record of successfully delivering cross functional projects
Advanced skills in Excel or Numbers; Excellent Keynote presentation skills; Strong Wrike skills preferred; Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology and complex workflows
Delivery focused, with a 'Can-Do' attitude
Thinks critically and creatively about how to regularly improve process and operations
Extremely proactive, responsive, and upbeat with world class organizational skills
Collaborator, able to thrive in ambiguity
4+ years experience in Real Estate Operations, Management, Project Management or Consultancy
