Design, configure, test, and execute advanced PCA solutions tailored to customer needs
Work closely with Sales, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

Required

Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems
2+ years of experience in Protection, Control, and Automation projects
Advanced knowledge of: Power systems and protection schemes
Advanced knowledge of: Protection relays and relay-based ATO schemes
Advanced knowledge of: Testing protocols for feeder, transformer, bus differential, arc flash, and motor protection
Proficiency in communication protocols: Modbus, DNP, IEC61850
Experience executing complex relay-based ATO schemes over IEC61850
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically

Preferred

Familiarity with Schneider Electric's Medium and Low Voltage systems is a plus
