Microsoft Copilot & M365 Trainer
Changing Social is a company committed to creating an inclusive environment and is seeking a Microsoft Copilot & M365 Trainer. The role involves engaging with clients to develop training plans and content that support the adoption of Microsoft AI and Modern Work technologies, while also delivering training sessions and providing user support.
Responsibilities
Conducts end-to-end Microsoft 365 training sessions, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with participant needs
Highly experienced in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Agent Builder, with deep expertise across Modern Work apps (Teams, Loop, SharePoint, etc.) and a comprehensive understanding of how the Microsoft 365 ecosystem integrates to enable communication and collaboration
Utilizes various training delivery methods (e.g., virtual, in-person) to facilitate learning and can adapt to audience needs and different training structures
Develops and updates training materials, presentations, and guides for M365 tools (e.g., Copilot, Copilot Chat, Microsoft AI, Agents, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
Collaborates with internal teams to tailor training content specific to client requirements
Maintains deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and regularly updates training to reflect new features and functionalities
Drives user adoption by demonstrating the practical applications of M365 tools in daily work scenarios
Provides post-training support to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to M365 tools
Collects participant feedback to refine and enhance future training sessions
Supports Change Management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during M365 and Copilot rollouts
Encourages the use of best practices in M365 adoption and integrates these into training sessions
Qualification
Required
Highly experienced in client engagement, training discovery and planning, and creating and delivering high-impact learning content that drives adoption of Microsoft 365

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agents and M365 applications and their business applications
In-depth knowledge of AI, Copilot and Copilot Studio
Ability to demonstrate practical use cases for different client industries
Ability to identify training gaps and develop targeted learning plans to address specific skill development needs
Proven experience in increasing user adoption through tailored training and support
Proactive in gathering feedback and making continuous improvements to training content and delivery
Benefits
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave per calendar year, excluding Public Holidays, with an additional day for each year of employment up to a maximum of 5 days.
