The Program Assistant will coordinate programmatic logistics and operations for various initiatives, ensuring compliance and effective reporting while providing trauma-informed care to clients.

Responsibilities

Prepare and code invoices and process other operational and administrative paperwork

Maintain sped-down spreadsheet and assist with budget preparation

Compose written materials and maintain spreadsheets in support of on-going program operations and logistics

Input data into ServicePoint. Coordinate reporting with database administrator in Denver

Review client files to ensure data compliance and report compliance issues during staff meeting

Submit accurate monthly reports for grant reporting and assist in compiling information, materials and statistics needed for effective program operation

Assist with strategic reviews for all Southwest Colorado Programs in conjunction with the Senior Director

Work with program management to organize meetings and staff time schedules

Assist direct service staff as needed by delivering and collecting documents

Maintain client confidentiality and perform job responsibilities in accordance with the Social Work Code of Ethics

Ensures guest voice is incorporated into programmatic evaluation and improvement

Attend all meetings when requested both within Volunteers of America and in the community

Perform all other duties as assigned
