Responsibilities

Lead the creative direction and content strategy for Morgan Murphy Media local markets and Corporate
Manage and mentor producers, editors, creative staff, and oversee a project manager within the group
Ensure creative content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
Collaborate with production, graphics, and videography teams to develop compelling marketing and commercial production assets
Coordinate with operations and other departments to meet deadlines and budgets
Stay current on industry trends and creative techniques
Act as a hands-on producer of content

Required
