Qualification
Required
Proficiency in leather tanning processes, material analysis, and quality control
Experience with production operations and equipment troubleshooting
Knowledge of chemical processes related to leather manufacturing

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with relevant industry software or tools
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, materials science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
