Responsibilities

Complete underwriting and applicable due diligence on dealerships applying for SmartAuction while utilizing internal and external resources
Complete Customer identification program (CIP)
Salesforce updates - opportunities are promptly entered in system
Seek opportunities to drive additional efficiencies and effectiveness into the SmartAuction lending process
Provide superior customer service
Complete the Know Your Customer process and due diligence
Respond to incoming email requests received in group mailbox in a timely manner
Complete NOI & Adverse action letters

Qualification

Required

HS diploma or equivalent required
2+ years' experience in financial services or similar industry
Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience
Performs clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks
Typically requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
