Responsibilities
Offsite sales calls and customer meetings
Review of electronic and hard copy specifications and plans as required for public and private bid and design build process
Preparation of estimation spreadsheets, bill of materials and PDF Quotations
Maintain profitability on quoted and bid projects by correctly estimating material and labor necessary
Interface with Project Team to ensure seamless transfer of a project from quotation to project status
File maintenance of spreadsheets and quotation documentation as directed by management
Respond to web and email requests to develop quotations
Answer incoming phone calls, assist walk-in customer and work with email and web inquiries
Work as a team with office staff to share product knowledge
Buy Board contract maintenance and upkeep
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Outside sales: 3 years
Microsoft Office: 2 years
Driver's License
Knowledge of theatrical equipment, practices and procedures
Basic math skills including but not limited to addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
Advanced computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word & Bluebeam PDF Software
Knowledge and ability to read and interpret theatrical, electrical and architectural plans
Ability to work with or without supervision and make sound decisions based on guidelines established by management
High degree of professionalism when dealing with customers and co-workers
Clean driving record for coverage under company auto insurance
Pass required security clearances
