InternJFS Altius Farms is a nonprofit human services organization that serves anyone in need. They are seeking a KidSuccess Therapist Intern to provide individual, group, and family counseling to students and their families within the school-based mental health therapy program.

Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling to students and their families
Provide school-staff groups/trainings depending on the school's needs
Utilizing an electronic medical record for billing (Medicaid compliance)
Completing mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and measure outcome tools
Creating treatment plans/objectives/goals
Completion of progress notes within the allocated time
Consulting and collaborating with teachers, social workers, counselors, psychologists, nurses, and school administrators within the school setting
Facilitating referrals to community agencies when appropriate
Providing consultation for specific problems and making referrals to therapists outside of school for evaluation or treatment when indicated
Qualification
Required
Must be attending an education program
Must be in the second/final year of their graduate program to be considered for the stipend
