Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content for:
RFQ and RFP responses/proposals
Internal and external client and stakeholder newsletters
Company news and press releases
Corporate marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other collateral
Award submissions
Corporate website
Social media
Other project and corporate-related communications (event planning, assisting with photo shoots, etc.)
Ensure all communications uphold consistent corporate brand standards in visuals, writing, and tone
Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media content management and management of Edgemoors external website, ensuring content is engaging and accurateEdgemoor’s external website, ensuring content is engaging and accurate
Assist with department operations, including vendor processing and payment and maintaining project tracking systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to gather support for communications initiatives
Execute content strategies that advance Edgemoor’s brand awareness
Help lead and support proposals
Focus on how Edgemoor can better market our people as the best and the brightest in our industry
Support people and culture initiatives as needed, including planning and coordination for corporate outings, such as conferences, off-sites, and volunteer events
Qualification
Required
8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in communications or marketing
Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related field
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Command of visual design principles to create appealing and effective communication
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English grammar and a keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
Ability to “think outside the box” and be creative
Ability to work as part of a full team but able to remain independently motivated
Preferred
Experience with various web design platforms is a plus (Squarespace, Drupal)
Experience with Premiere Pro a plus
