Responsibilities

Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI to visualize financial, member engagement, and operational metrics

Analyze datasets to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and process improvement across departments

Utilize SQL to extract and transform data from systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and adherence to data governance and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with teams to understand data needs, conduct analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations

Identify and resolve data discrepancies and streamline processes to enhance efficiency

Translate technical findings into actionable business insights and present them clearly to management and stakeholders

Integrate new data sources into the data warehouse and maintain data models, schemas, and metadata for clarity and consistency

Monitor and improve data quality, proactively addressing gaps and inconsistencies

Automate recurring reports and enable self-service analytics for business users

Actively engage in credit union activities, including volunteering, participating in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and/or supporting community initiatives, as part of annual performance expectations
