Responsibilities

Interface with the client and stakeholders providing inventive and relevant project solutions

Manage successful communication between the firm and client

Develop and manage project scope, schedule, free structure, and budget targets to ensure a successful outcome

Oversee project cost and staff and balance utilization and profitability

Direct and manage multiple projects

Readily assists as needed to aid the team in project completion

Build client relationships and take responsibility for key client development

Oversee site visits and assessments

Develop design concepts and proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications

Collaborate with engineering and other consultants

Present designs to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval

Other duties as assigned
