Voltage is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and execute customer and internal projects from order intake through production, delivery, and close-out. This role involves driving accountability and communication across U.S. and China teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with quality and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle from customer order through final delivery and close-out

Develop and manage detailed project schedules, plans, and risk registers

Ensure all milestones, engineering releases, production schedules, and logistics timelines are met

Facilitate customer and internal kick-off, progress, and close-out meetings

Identify and proactively resolve risks impacting cost, quality, or delivery

Serve as the central coordination point between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Finance

Lead daily and weekly execution reviews across U.S. and China teams

Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent information flow among stakeholders

Implement standardized project management processes, tools, templates, and reporting

Maintain consistent use of risk registers, kick-off checklists, and close-out documentation

Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements

Identify inefficiencies in pre-production, engineering, scheduling, and hand-offs

Lead initiatives to reduce delays, improve cycle times, and optimize resource utilization

Partner with IT to enhance project management systems and reporting tools

Provide coaching and mentoring to Project Managers and Project Coordinators

Establish clear performance expectations and maintain team accountability

Lead weekly U.S./China project management operating meetings
