Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and more

Oversee the day-to-day handling of personal injury cases, including pre-suit processes

Oversee the legal process from initiation, discovery, pre-trial motions, and trial

Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests/responses, demands, motions, and legal memoranda

Guide clients through every step of the case process, ensuring clarity and understanding

Engage with expert witnesses for consultations, report drafting, and the preparation of affidavits

Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances, representing clients in all stages of litigation, including trial

Negotiate favorable settlements for clients while managing and balancing risks and outcomes, maintaining a trial-ready posture for every case
