Responsibilities
Lead key financial planning processes, including long-range planning, quarterly forecasting, and annual operating and capital plans
Conduct and communicate detailed financial analyses for programs and capital projects, including ROI evaluations
Manage activities related to web based planning and reporting tools and support special financial projects
Use cost accounting systems to gather data and support internal customer needs
Build strong cross-functional relationships and mentor Finance team members
Model organizational values and maintain current skills in financial tools and systems
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED is required
Six (6) or more years of experience in accounting and/or finance
Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems and cost accounting tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior leaders
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Healthcare accounting and/or finance is preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
Applicants for this position should demonstrate strong leadership skills, including building a team and relationship management
