Greet and assist customers returning rental vehicles
Inspect returned vehicles for damage and document findings
Ensure vehicles meet cleanliness and quality standards before processing
Communicate with team members to coordinate vehicle availability
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Qualification
Required
Prior customer service experience
Must have a valid driver's license and be 21 years old
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
