Responsibilities
Provide help desk and general technical support for end-user hardware, software, and systems
Set up and maintain end-user devices and software; support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning system access
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications, supporting upgrades and escalating infrastructure or network issues as appropriate
Provide end-user training and guidance on standard business tools, including best practices and troubleshooting
Create and maintain IT documentation while identifying and supporting process improvements
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on technical issues, system changes, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Professional experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support roles
Strong troubleshooting capabilities across hardware, software, and business applications
Experience supporting Windows-based environments and productivity tools
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to established processes
Preferred
Experience delivering end-user training
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
Experience using ticketing systems and IT documentation platforms
