Responsibilities
Assemble, finish, label, package, receive, pick, and prepare products according to detailed order instructions
Maintain consistent quality standards and production rates
Operate across multiple work centers to support merchandise creation and fulfillment
Use basic hand tools, sewing equipment, handheld technology, inventory systems, or automated equipment
Advanced roles include setting up, operating, and troubleshooting digital machines (printers, lasers, routers, embroidery machines, cutting systems), sometimes running multiple machines simultaneously
Follow all safety and quality guidelines
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
Willingness to cross-train and work in various work centers
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools or automated equipment
Ability to learn and operate digital machinery and inventory systems
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain quality and meet production goals
Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly
Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus but not required
