Preparation of ad hoc investor capital calls and distribution notices

Quarterly investor reporting

Quarterly and ad hoc supplementary reporting

Quarterly investor portal data import/validation

Data attribution projects

Other ad hoc projects and related responsibilities

Qualification

Required

A responsible person and great team member who is passionate about accounting or financial reporting and willing to develop and grow as a finance professional

Undergraduate Senior or Graduate First-Year with a degree focus in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics (GPA 3.0)

Highly proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook

Superior organization and attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy

Demonstrates initiative and strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize assignments to meet numerous deadlines and work in a fast paced, changing environment

Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of internal employees

Exceptional decision making and problem-solving skills with the ability to research solutions and suggest resolutions

Available for work minimum 20 hours/week on-site in San Antonio from January through May
