Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of operational reports, dashboards, and scorecards using business intelligence tools
Support data validation efforts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights through visualizations
Document reporting workflows, processes, and procedures to support scalability and transparency
Learn and apply best practices related to data governance, reporting standards, and analytics methodologies
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
Ability to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Preferred
Exposure to Python or other scripting languages (preferred, not required)
Interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and process improvement
Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting
