ANALYST II
The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is dedicated to providing equitable access to quality health care in California. They are seeking an Analyst II to provide lead analytical support for the Construction Renovation Reimbursement Program, which includes complex analytical activities, program compliance, and technical assistance to hospitals and nursing facilities.

Responsibilities
Provide lead analytical support for the administration of the Construction Renovation Reimbursement Program (CRRP)
Interpret and analyze legislation, ensuring program compliance
Process and reconcile payments
Coordinate program audits
Provide technical assistance to participating hospitals and distinct part/nursing facilities (DP/NFs)
Oversee other supplemental payment programs within the Medi-Cal Supplemental Payments Unit (MSPU)
Engage with external partners, such as program participants and state entities
Qualification
Required
Good written and verbal communication skills
Detailed organization and planning skills
Ability to understand financial principles
Excellent computer skills (word processing, Excel spreadsheet, and email)
Preferred
Ability to research, analyze, and interpret information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
