Responsibilities

Using Microvellum and AutoCAD, process customer orders to create accurate data output for the Production and Purchasing departments. This involves understanding and interpreting descriptions of the customers' desired outcome and then inputting the necessary values into technical systems, including Microvellum
Interact with Customer Service department to solve issues and provide workable solutions
Validate data in a variety of situations and formats
Create ad-hoc reports in Excel that are professional and presentable, and that convey necessary information
Research new products, hardware applications, machine issues, and other duties as assigned

Required

Extremely strong attention to detail. This will be tested at the interview stage
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including mathematical formulas, VLOOKUPs, nested IF's, named ranges, logic formulas, etc
Strong communication skills, good team player
Strong work ethic
Strong organizational skills
Two or more years' experience building or engineering custom cabinets, or an equivalent product
Two or more years' experience using Microvellum software at more than a novice level - candidates with very strong skills/experience with an equivalent CAD-based product will be considered

Preferred

Any programming experience is a plus
Experience writing queries in T-SQL is a plus
