Account Executive
Apollo Towing DFW is seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of private property towing accounts. This hybrid sales and account management role involves prospecting for new business, retaining existing clients, and maintaining strong relationships with property managers.

Responsibilities
Prospect within an assigned area/customer list
Close new multifamily accounts monthly
Maintain an active pipeline aligned with a ~45-day sales cycle
Meet with decision-makers and present solutions
Leverage company reputation, software, and operational support to win business
Manage and retain an assigned portfolio of multifamily accounts
Maintain regular contact with property managers
Visit accounts as needed based on size and risk
Proactively address issues and prevent avoidable cancellations
Coordinate with Operations and leadership to resolve problems
Treat assigned accounts as owned businesses
Meet defined account-coverage standards
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports
Document wins, risks, losses, and action plans
Qualification
Required
Sales or account management experience (B2B preferred)
Comfortable prospecting and closing new business
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Organized, disciplined, and accountable
Able to manage multiple accounts without sacrificing sales activity
Preferred
Multifamily or property-related industry experience
Hybrid sales/account management background
CRM or pipeline tracking experience
Benefits
Eligible for monthly bonuses when metrics are met. No cap on bonus structure.
Bonus eligibility is tied to defined performance and compliance standards.
