Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all corporate safety requirements, as well as Sullivan Park Operations and LSME department policies
Maintain responsibility for personal safety and adherence to safety policies
Complete all required safety training
Create, review, and update system documentation to support various groups, including:
Infrastructure Engineering (IE)
Project Management (PM)
Operations (PA & CCIC)
Knowledge Management (KM)
Work with the following file types:
AutoCAD (.dwg)
Microsoft Office365 (.xls, .doc, .pdf, etc.)
Develop and update the following document types:
1-Line Schematics
Riser Diagrams
Air Balance Documentation
Panel Schedules
Support system disciplines such as:
Mechanical
Electrical
Plumbing
Process Piping
Fire Protection
Telecommunications
Partner in sharing responsibility for Knowledge Management’s Document Control function
Collaborate and build relationships with owners, users, and receivers of documentation supporting LSME operations and the S&T organization
Receive system documentation from Infrastructure Engineering and Project Management
Review and update documentation, perform field verifications as needed, gain approval from system owners, and file documentation in its appropriate location (OnFile)
Act as a records coordinator to assist others in locating needed drawings and documentation
Provide appropriate access to users of documentation as required

Required

AAS/AS Degree in technical discipline with 10 years of AutoCAD experience
Equivalent training and years of AutoCAD experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or construction environment
Superior Competency in AutoCAD
Competency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio...etc.)
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive (M365)
BIM Exposure

Preferred

Knowledge of LEAN construction principles
Knowledge of Project Management Processes
Safety and customer focused
Extremely detailed oriented and highly organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform work independently
Adaptable and flexible
Team player and collaborative, cross-functional
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Prioritize work to meet completion dates considering unexpected and planned needs
Knowledge of other 2D programs such as MicroStation, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks…etc
