Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Supply Chain department (Logistics/Procurement)

Provide the accounting department with Purchase Orders in a timely manner

Download Mill Test Reports and save them into a database

Accurately determine heat numbers and match them to coordinating MTR’s

Work effectively in a professional environment

Work efficiently with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

Maintain confidentiality

Communicate and coordinate effectively with employees at all organizational levels

Required

High School Diploma or GED is required

Ability to prioritize tasks

Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
