Programming.com is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day procurement and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will manage purchase orders, supplier coordination, and inventory tracking while ensuring effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Secure quotations from suppliers and support vendor coordination

Create, track, and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)

Provide monthly finance inputs for PO accounting based on material delivery timelines

Track, receive, and document incoming orders; maintain accurate storage and shipment records

Order and manage storage, packaging, and shipping supplies

Use internal shipping tools to dispatch materials to designated recipients

Ensure timely supplier invoicing and manage invoice approvals

Coordinate with suppliers for returns, replacements, or upgrades as required

Maintain clear documentation and communication across procurement, logistics, and finance teams

Required

Experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory, or logistics support

Proficient in PC operations and Microsoft Excel (tracking, basic formulas, reporting)

Hands-on experience with internal tools such as: Email systems, Shipping / logistics tools, iProcurement, Finance or accounting tools (e.g., FinABC or similar)

Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity and manage multiple tasks
