Own: Take ownership of client relationships and the success of Mad Mobile solutions
Define: Clearly define client needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with Mad Mobile's offerings
Develop: Cultivate and expand client relationships, driving growth and delivering value
Deliver: Execute on strategic initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction
Communicate: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and project success
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in account management, preferably in the SaaS technology or restaurant industry
Experience in selling software solutions or technology services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand and articulate complex technological solutions
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with retail or restaurant industry trends
