Administration and Operations Section Chief - Hybrid
The California Department of Housing & Community Development is dedicated to promoting safe and affordable housing for all Californians. They are seeking an Administration and Operations Section Chief to oversee the budget, personnel management, contract management, and various operational procedures within the department.
Responsibilities
Oversee and direct first level the Administration and Operation section which oversees C&S’s budget, personnel management, contract management, and accounting and cashiering procedures, information technology, facility, and contact center services
Serve as liaison between C&S and the Administration and Management Division
Qualification
Required
Must submit a completed STD. 678 application
Must submit a Statement of Qualifications
Must reside in California for telework eligibility
Must pass a pre-employment background check
Must comply with HCD Disclosure Requirements
Must have experience in budget management, personnel management, contract management, and accounting procedures
